One person, end to end.
I'm Valters. For nearly six years I led end-to-end delivery at Scandiweb - most recently as AI Competence Center Lead, taking AI and eCommerce projects from idea to live. No agency layers, no handoffs - the person you talk to is the person who builds.
Valters Solutions is a Riga, Latvia-based AI development studio, helping small and medium businesses build custom AI tools, workflow automations, and internal software - for clients in Latvia and worldwide.

Agree
One document: fixed scope, fixed price, fixed date. You approve it before any build starts - no hourly meter, no scope creep. If the work grows, you decide before it does.
Prototype
A working prototype on your real data within days - so you react to something concrete, not a spec document. You confirm the direction is right while it's still cheap to change.
Build
The production tool - hardened, tested with the people who will use it daily, and tuned until it disappears into the routine. You see progress the whole way; there's no silent stretch where you wonder if it will ship.
Go live
We put it into real use with your team - data moved over, people walked through it, the rough edges of week one smoothed before they cost you anything. Launch is a step I run, not a file I email you.
Yours
Code, docs, and keys - you own it outright, built on a standard, documented stack any developer can pick up. No black box: maintain it, scale it, or hand it to another team whenever you want, with no retainer and no lock-in by design. And you keep a direct line to me when the business moves.
