Physiotherapist-made routines for desk-worker neck and back pain - with proof for HR that people actually use it.
Physiotherapist-made routines for desk-worker neck and back pain - with proof for HR that people actually use it.
MyPhysio started as a physiotherapist's prototype - a friend who'd built a library of office-worker exercises, the neck, shoulder, and lower-back routines proven in his own practice. My part is the layer on top: tell it where it hurts and how your day looks, and it assembles a routine from that library shaped to you, not a generic template.
You mark the spots on a body map and set how bad each one is - ache, sore, sharp, severe - then add your constraints: how long you've got, what equipment you have. Or just say it in your own words - "relieve neck tension and build lower-back strength in 30 minutes" - and the builder picks from a 117-exercise physiotherapist library, grouped by region, telling you what it chose and why while the cumulative muscle load adds up as you go. During a session, each exercise plays with its guidelines while an audio coach listens on the mic and answers out loud.
Every session is tracked - load, adherence, a yearly view - so you see the trend instead of guessing, and companies get proof their team actually uses it. Next on the roadmap is a video coach: it reads your body from the camera frame by frame and pairs that with LLM vision to correct form the way a physiotherapist would. The goal is a physiotherapist, digitized - in active development.
These are my own builds. Yours would be shaped to your exact workflow - and you'd own it outright.
