A few months ago, software that packs a shipping container in 3D was a five-figure, multi-month build. StowPilot is the proof that the math has changed - a working proof of concept put together in days. Same hard problem: fit every box, pallet, and crate into the space without wasting it or breaking the load, at a fraction of the cost and time AI now makes possible.

You give it the cargo - dimensions, weight, fragility, stacking rules - and the target space, whether a container, a truck, or an aircraft hold. A packing solver works out where each item goes, respecting weight distribution and what can sit on what, and renders the result in 3D right in the browser. Then it prints the loading sheet the warehouse floor actually follows - the bridge between the plan and the people doing the lifting. A proof of concept today, but the part that used to be expensive no longer is.
