A project tracker with zero bloat

The lean Kanban I run every project on - tickets, roadmap, and an API my AI agents work against daily.

Off-the-shelf trackers make you bend your process to fit their model - then bill a seat for it, forever. We went the other way. Instead of spending weeks configuring Jira and paying a subscription on top, we built the tracker from scratch, shaped to exactly how we run projects. With AI in the loop, building it was genuinely faster than configuring the alternative.

It has everything a serious tracker has - epics, a groomed backlog, sprint planning, a Kanban board, a roadmap with dependencies, an activity log, and reporting that writes itself - without the bloat nobody uses. The plan rolls up on its own: close work on the board and the roadmap and the velocity, burndown, and status reports update themselves, no manual deck-building. Filing a ticket is the part that stands out: talk through the issue while it records your screen, and an AI layer turns that into a clean, fully structured ticket in seconds. And because it ships its own MCP server, it connects two-way to whatever you already run - file in Stride, see it in Jira, and have both stay in sync. That same API is what my AI agents work against every day.
